13.2.2 Other problems

When other errors occur, you should check the circumstances at the time the error occurred. If a message is output, consider its contents carefully. For details about the log information that is output by Performance Management, see 13.3 Log information to be collected upon troubleshooting.

If you cannot resolve an error by taking any of the steps described in the chapter that explains troubleshooting in the JP1/Performance Management User's Guide and 13.2.1 Measuring Web transactions, or if an error occurs that is not described in these sections, collect all data that would be helpful for investigating the error and contact the system administrator.
