17.3.7 A connection from NNM's Performance Management Report to PFM - Web Console cannot be established

A possible cause of the problem is that PFM - Manager and PFM - Web Console that exist in the host set for the NNM linkage facility are not running.

Check whether the PFM - Manager and PFM - Web Console services in the corresponding host are running, and if they are not running, start them. When you cannot start PFM - Manager and PFM - Web Console services due to a failure or other reasons, check whether you can display reports by specifying the PFM - Manager host on the secondary Manager from NNM.
