8.2 Setting of another user's information by an administrator

An administrator can edit the full name, email address, and description in the profile of another user.

Who can perform this task:

Users with User Management permission

To set the user information for another user as an administrator:

  1. In the left pane of the Administration window, click Users and Permissions.

  2. In the left pane of the Users and Permissions window, select Users.

  3. In the right pane of the Users and Permissions window (User List view), click the user ID of the applicable user, and then click the Edit Profile button.

  4. In the Edit Profile dialog box, edit the full name, email address, and description of the user, and then click the OK button.

The new user information is set.

You can check the new user information in the User List view.
