1.6.9 Archiving tasks and removing histories automatically
JP1/AO archives and deletes tasks and histories automatically.
- Archiving tasks automatically
-
Once a day, JP1/AO archives processed tasks that satisfy the following criteria in the following order:
-
Tasks whose retention period has expired
-
Tasks exceeding the maximum number of tasks that can be retained
Tasks exceeding the maximum number of tasks that can be retained are archived starting from the task that has the oldest end date and time.
Note that the maximum number of tasks that can be retained include the number of debug tasks.
You can change the retention period and maximum number of tasks that can be retained in the properties file (config_user.properties).
The tasks moved to the History list can be displayed regardless of category. Therefore, you can view all tasks that have finished processing in a list.

Histories exceeding the maximum number of histories that can be retained are removed once a day. Deletion starts from the task that has the oldest archive date and time.
You can change the maximum number of histories that can be retained in the properties file (config_user.properties).
