1.6.1 Overview of task management

The following figure provides an overview of task management.

1. When a user submits a service for execution, JP1/AO generates a task.

2. JP1/AO acquires the status of the task from the system where the operation is being performed, and displays it in the Tasks list.

3. The user monitors the processing status of tasks.

   If necessary, the user can stop a task or provide a response for a task that enters Waiting for Response status.

4. JP1/AO automatically moves tasks that have exceeded the retention period to the History list. This processing can also be done manually.

Processing performed for a task affects only the task for which the processing is performed. Tasks generated from the same service are not affected.
