Description of the compatibility of JP1/Base
#2: Only the event forwarding from lower versions of JP1/Base to JP1/IM - Manager is supported.
#3: Only the event forwarding to JP1/IM - Manager and JP1/IM - Console is supported.
JP1/IM - Manager and JP1/IM - Console cannot normally process the JP1 events issued in a UTF-8 locale environment. A compatible encoding mode must be set on event-forwarding source JP1/Base.
