To tune the parameters of a built test system, you can use the GUI called the management portal for operating Management Server. To use the management portal, you must set up Management Server, and then start Management Server and Administration Agent.

However, the settings are already implemented when Management Server is set up, so the settings need not be set up.

Log in to the management portal

Log in to the management portal from the Web browser. Start the Web browser on a host where Management Server is running or on hosts connected by a network to the host where Management Server is running, and then specify http://host-name:port-number/mngsvr/ in the URL. The URL in the initial installation state is http://localhost:28080/mngsvr/.

On starting the management portal, the login screen appears. Enter the following values for the management user ID and the password to be entered in the login screen:

• Management user ID
  Enter the Management user ID that is specified when Management Server is set up.
  
• Password
  Enter the Management user password specified when Management Server is set up.
  

If you click the Login button, the management portal screen appears.

Changing the settings in the management portal

When you log in to the management portal, the Management Portal screen appears. To change the system properties in the Management Portal screen, click the Logical Server Environment Configuration anchor and make changes in each screen of the displayed Logical Server Environment Configuration. A different screen is set up for each logical server.
