4.3 Creating server runtime

Before using Eclipse to operate the J2EE server, you must first register the environment information such as the J2EE server installation destination. This environment information is called the server runtime. Registering the server runtime enables you to add a J2EE server with Eclipse.

To register Cosminexus J2EE server runtime:

  1. From the bar, choose Window, and then Preferences.
    The Preferences dialog box appears.
  2. In the left pane tree view, choose Server, and then Runtime Environment.
The Server - Runtime Environments page appears.
