2.6.2 Changing timeout settings for the socket operation block

If you want to change the timeout settings for the socket operation block used for connecting to the Management Server remote management, change the settings on the Connection page.

Note that you cannot change the settings if you are logged in to the Management Server remote management. Log out from the Management Server remote management, and then change the settings. To change the settings:

  1. From the Eclipse menu bar, choose Window, and then Preferences.
    The Preferences dialog box appears.
  2. In the left pane tree view, choose Server, Remote Management, and then Connection.
    The Connection page appears.
