Chat window menus

The table below shows the menu items of the Chat window.

Menu bar	Menu item		Description
File	Connect		Establishes a connection with the chat server. Even if you are already connected with a chat server, you can establish a connection with another chat server.
	Disconnect		Disconnects from the current chat server.
	Properties		Displays detailed information about the user that is currently selected in the user list box.
	Send Message		Sends a chat message in the message input box.
	Send Beep		Causes another chat user's PC that is currently connected to beep once.
	Save		Saves the current chat contents in the same file.
	Save As		Saves the current chat contents in a new file.
	Print		Prints the current chat contents.
	Print Preview		Previews the current chat contents to be printed.
	Exit		Exits the Chat window. Connection with the chat server is automatically terminated.
Settings	Chat Server	Start Chat Server	Toggles the chat server start/stop setting. When the chat server is active, this option is selected.
		Hide When Minimized	If the window is minimized during the start of the chat server, hides the window from the taskbar. When the window is minimized, this option is selected.
		Start When Windows Starts	Registers or removes the chat server in the Windows startup group. If you register the chat server in the Windows startup group, this option is selected.
	Options		Setting a chat window operating environment.
View	Toolbar		Turns on/off the toolbar display.
View	Status Bar		Turns on/off the status bar display.
Tools	Remote Control		Starts the Remote Control Manager. This option is disabled in the Chat window that was opened at the agent.
Help	Contents		Displays the table of contents for the online help.
Help	Version		Displays the version information.
