Remote Control window menu

The table below lists the menu items displayed from the menu bar of the Remote Control window.

Menu bar	Menu item		Description
File	Connect		Connects to an agent. If an agent is already connected, a new Remote Control window opens for connection.
	Reconnect		Reconnects to an agent previously connected.
	Disconnect		Disconnects from the selected agent.
	Search		Searches agents on the network.
	Save Screen		Saves the agent screen display.
	Record Screen	Start	Executes recording-related operations on the agent screen display. Starts recording the agent screen display.
		Pause/Restart	Pauses/restarts recording the agent screen display.
		Stop	Stops recording the agent screen display.
	Play Screen	Play	Executes playback-related operations on the agent screen display. Plays back the agent screen display.
	Play Screen	Convert	Converts the file containing the agent screen display to an AVI file.
	Terminate		Terminates the Remote Control Manager.
	Terminate All		Terminates all running Remote Control Managers.
View	Toolbar	Toolbar	Displays/hides the toolbar.
		Address Bar	Displays/hides the address bar.
		Button Text Labels	Displays/hides the description of the tool buttons.
		Customize	Customizes the toolbar, allowing selecting the types of buttons to be displayed and changing the arrangement.
	Status Bar	Status Bar	Displays/hides the status bar.
		Elapsed Time	Displays the time which has elapsed since the agent connection is established.
		Transferred Data	Displays the number of data items transferred to or from the agent. Sent Displays the number of sent data items. Received Displays the number of received data items.
		Show Data Transfer Status Icon	Displays/hides the icon indicating the status of data transfer with the agent.
		Show Ctrl/Alt Key Status	Displays/hides the icon indicating whether the Ctrl and Alt keys are pressed at the agent.
	Action Keys		Displays the registered action keys at the bottom of the screen.
	Refresh		Updates the agent screen to the current status.
	Zoom	Cancel	Returns the enlarged or reduced agent screen to the original size.
		Zoom Out to Fit	Reduces the agent screen to fit the Remote Control window.
		Auto-zoom	Automatically enlarges or reduces the agent screen to fit the Remote Control window.
	Full Screen		Displays the agent screen using all the area of the controller screen.
Tools	Properties		Enables you to set the operating environment for the Remote Control Manager.
	Control Mode	View	Selects the View mode.
		Shared	Selects the Shared mode.
		Exclusive	Selects the Exclusive mode.
	Shut Down		Shuts down the agent. If the agent's version is 06-71 or later and the agent's PC has the power-off functionality, you can turn off the agent after shutting it down.
	Reboot		Reboots the agent.
	Send Ctrl+Alt+Del		Sends the Ctrl+Alt+Delete key operation to the agent. If a Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Windows NT 4.0 agent is connected, the Ctrl+Alt+Delete keys are entered on the agent. If a Windows Me or Windows 98 agent is connected, the Remote Control Process Viewer window appears.
	Transfer Clipboard Data		Transfers data between clipboards.
	Transfer File		Displays the File Transfer window.
	Chat		Displays the Chat window.
Agent	Add to List		Adds the currently connected agent to the agent list and connection history.
Agent	Change List		Displays the Agent Manager window to edit the agent list.
Window	Arrange Horizontally		Displays multiple Remote Control windows horizontally.
	Arrange Vertically		Displays multiple Remote Control windows vertically.
	Arrange All		Tiles the Remote Control windows uniformly in the vertical and horizontal directions.
	Minimize All		Minimizes all Remote Control windows to icons.
Help	Contents		Displays the contents of the JP1/Remote Control online help.
Help	Version		Displays the version of JP1/Remote Control Manager.
