6.5.2 Disconnecting from one or more chat users
You can disconnect the chat server from all currently connected users or selected users.
To disconnect the chat server:
- Right-click the Chat Server icon on the taskbar. From the displayed menu, choose Disconnect.
The Specify Disconnection Server dialog box opens.

- Specify the user to be disconnected.
From the User list box that displays the currently connected users, select the user to be disconnected. You can select multiple users.
- Click the OK button.
The chat server is disconnected from the specified users. In the Chat window on each disconnected user's machine, a message is displayed, stating that the user's machine has been disconnected from the chat server.
