5.1.3 Changing installation methods during job registration

Installation methods after distribution (package attributes) are defined in the packages registered from the packager. When registering distribution jobs, you can change the installation methods for a selected job without changing the package attributes.

The following shows the examples of items that can be changed:

Installation date/time

Installation timing

Installation target directory (name, mode, owner, and cabinet ID)

To change the installation method, use an option of the rdsafind -d command.
