9.1.1 Items eligible for output to a CSV-formatted file

The CSV output utility provides templates for output of information. The following table lists the templates and the items that can be output to a CSV file.

System information#6 For details about the output items, see 2.2.1 Acquiring system information in the manual Description and Planning Guide. The differences between the available system information and the information output in CSV format are as follows:
  • You can output the following items:
    Host name, IP address (key item in the system configuration), Host ID, and BitLocker
  • You cannot output the following item:
    Name of OS family
  • If you select Disk details for the output items, the following information is output for each drive:
    Logical drive name, Drives (Device name), Free space (Free hard disk space), and Partition size
    If you select Disk details and then select File system for the output items, the File system is also output as detailed disk information.
  • If you select Total sizes for the output items, the following information is output as a total for all drives:
    Total free space and Total size of partitions
User inventory information Host name, IP address, Host ID, User inventory information

This template can output CSV files in Unicode.

For JP1/Software Distribution Manager, information about unapplied patches is also output. For unapplied patches, Unapplied is displayed in the Installation column.

The following table shows the details of the job execution status.

Table 9-2 Additional job execution status items

Output item Explanation
Job attribute Folder, Host group job, ID group job, or All-lower-clients job is output.
Execution date/time at the server The date and time when the job was executed at the managing server is output.
Scheduled execution date/time at the server The date and time specified as Execution time in the Schedule page during job execution is output.
Execution time limit at the server The date and time specified as Execution time limit on the Schedule page during job execution is output.
Scheduled registration date/time at the server The date and time specified as Registration time on the Schedule page during job execution is output.
Job execution date/time by destination The date and time when the managing server executed the job is output.
DM ID code Whether the distributed package originates from a PC or workstation is output.
Installation date/time at the client For a remote installation job, the installation date and time specified in the Schedule page during packaging or specified on the Package page during job execution are output. For an inventory information acquisition job, the client-side job execution date and time specified as Set the execution date/time in the Detailed Scheduling dialog box are output.
Restoration When restoration is enabled during execution of a remote installation job, Yes is output.
Result The execution status of the job is output. Now being deleted is not output.
Status The maintenance code in the detailed information displayed by choosing Details in the Job Status window is output.

The output system information excludes Logical drive name, Device name, Free space, Partition size, and File system.

This date/time has been converted to the local time of the managing server that outputs the CSV file.

** to the right of a software program means that its owned licenses are exceeded; * to the right of a software program means that its owned licenses are not exceeded but the number of licenses for warning has been exceeded.
