- Execute the command while the client's power is off. The command will not execute if the client's power is on.
- Do not close the command prompt window while the command is executing.
- If you have closed the telnet window during command execution, switch the client's power off and then on, and re-execute the command.
- To execute a diagnostic program, you must obtain the diagnostic program from the client machine's vendor. Only text-based diagnostic programs can be executed.
- To execute a diagnostic program, the managing server must be equipped with floppy disk and CD-ROM drives.
- To use dcmamtrc.exe, you need imrsdk.dll of Intel AMT SDK. For imrsdk.dll, download Intel AMT SDK from the Intel website and store it under JP1/Software-Distribution-installation-folder\BIN. If dcmamtrc.exe is executed in an environment in which imrsdk.dll is not available, the following error message is displayed:
The dynamic link library imrsdk.dll could not be found in the specified path xxx.
