Appendix G. Audit Log Output

Asset Information Manager can record in the audit log file the registration, updating, or deletion of data in or from the management information as the traceability record of the database. Because the audit log file does not have a transaction management mechanism, the contents of the audit logs do not match the contents of the database. To record the operations performed on the management information to the fullest extent, an audit log is output immediately before the database is accessed. In this way, both completed operations on the management information and attempted operations can be detected.
