This frame sets the search conditions to be initially displayed in the frame for setting status acquisition conditions.
The following figure shows the frame for setting the default search conditions:

(1) Range of Units whose status is to be acquired
Select one of the following items to be initially displayed:
- Specified Unit only
- All Units under specified Unit
- Only Root Jobnets under specified Unit
- Only Jobnets under specified Unit
- Only Jobs under specified Unit
(2) Monitoring method
Select one of the following items to be selected in the initial display:
- Prioritize all Unit times
- Prioritize all Unit time schedules
(3) Display method
(a) Display type
Select one of the following items to be selected in the initial display:
- Display all
- Display (*** records/page)
(b) Number of records per page
Enter a numeric value from 1 to 1,000 to be initially displayed as the number of records per page.
(4) Acquisition conditions
(a) Status
Select whether or not to display each status in the initial acquisition conditions and whether or not to select the check box by default. You must specify at least one status to be displayed. For the Now running and Result statuses, you can select detailed information from the following:
- All
- Normal
- Warning
- Abend
- Warning/Abend
(b) Characters included in comment
Select whether or not to display the search condition that uses the comment string in the initial acquisition conditions, and whether or not to select the check box by default. Also specify a string of 80 or fewer characters to be initially displayed as the search string. You must specify the string if you select the check box.
(c) Target host name
Select whether or not to display the search condition that uses the target host name in the initial acquisition conditions, and whether or not to select the check box by default. Also specify a string of 255 or fewer characters to be initially displayed as the search string. You must specify the string if you select the check box.
(5) Apply button
Clicking this button saves the settings displayed in the frame.
The changes in the settings take effect when you return to the Monitor window by clicking the Return to Status View hyperlink in the item selection frame or when you log on next time.
(6) Default button
Clicking this button returns the settings displayed in the frame to the defaults (for details about the defaults, see 4.3 Environment settings changeable in the User Environment Settings window). Clicking this button just changes the displayed settings, and does not save them. Click the Apply button to save the settings.
