Simple search condition
To specify a group or location as a search condition or to specify registration and update values, simply select the corresponding group and location on the tree.
If divisions have been assigned to the login user, they are displayed when the Group tab is chosen. The divisions are shown as the division names and division group names that have been assigned. You can specify a group search condition by selecting division names and division groups in this tree.
For details about how to specify divisions, see 10.7.1(6) Viewing and editing a division. For details about the job menus that support selection of divisions to specify search conditions, see 10.1.5 Job menus that support selection of divisions to specify search conditions.

Display lines
You can change the number of lines that display per page of search results by specifying the number of lines to display in the display lines input area and then clicking the Search button. The number of lines can be specified from 1 to 1,000; this setting is valid only for the specified window. The default number of display lines is 200.
To hide the display lines input area and display the same number of lines uniformly on all windows, specify the information in Basic information in the Server Setup dialog box. For details about how to hide the display line input area, see 10.2.3(2) Show number column in the manual Setup Guide.

Calendar
Use the calendar to specify the date. Click the button to display the calendar.
