To delete a job:

  1. Delete job A at the managing server.
When you display in the Job Status window jobs that are being deleted, job A, which is being deleted, is followed by the notation Now being deleted.
  2. Job A, which has been transferred to the relay manager/system, is deleted.
Because job A has been transferred to a lower system, the notation Now being deleted remains displayed in the Job Status window.
  3. Job A, which has been transferred to clients, is deleted.
When job A has been completely deleted from the entire system, that fact is reported to the managing server, and job A disappears from the Job Status window.

(2) Procedure for deleting a job

The procedure for deleting a job in the Job Status window is described below. Once you delete a job, you cannot restore it. When you delete a folder, all the jobs and sub-folders it contains are also deleted.
