This section explains how to create a folder and how to edit a saved job or folder.
Job management becomes simpler if you create a folder for each type of job. Folders can have a hierarchical structure. When a relational database is used, the folder hierarchy can consist of a maximum of four levels.
To create a folder:
This section describes how to rename an existing folder or job.
Note that if you rename a folder or job prior to job execution, the scheduled job becomes no longer in effect.
To rename a folder:
You can modify the details of a saved job, such as its destination, execution date and time, and execution time limit.
To modify a saved job:

From the Options page of a Get software information from client job, you can select multiple search targets when you are creating a new job, but you can only change the search targets when you are modifying a job.This section describes how to delete a folder or job. Once deleted, a folder or job cannot be restored. When a folder is deleted, all the jobs and folders belonging to it are also deleted.
To delete a folder or job:
A job with an execution time specified on the Schedule page is displayed in both the Job Definition window and the Job Status window. If you delete such a job before the set execution time, you must remember to delete it not only from the Job Definition window but also from the Job Status window. If you delete it from the Job Definition only, an error will occur at the set execution time because the job definition will have been deleted.
