(1) Error event

The next time OpenTP1 was started after a successful shutdown, the following message appears and the start mode is set to restart.

The date and time when the event occurred
Whether any operations were performed on the status file while OpenTP1 was shut down

(3) Information to acquire

The information in Table 11-1
In a node switching system: The information in Table 11-1 for both the running and standby systems

(4) Troubleshooting procedure

The most likely cause is that the status file was manipulated in some way (a definition was changed or the file was restored) while OpenTP1 was stopped.
