The jnlchgfg command changes forcibly a standby file group on unload wait status to unload completion status without actually unloading the file group. When a file group is placed forcibly on unload completion status, its journal is not copied.

If a file group placed on unload completion status is overwritable, it can be used as the current file group the next time swapping is performed.
