6.7 Auto Refresh pane

The Auto Refresh pane displays the following General items in a sequence:

Auto refresh setting for the Home tab check box

Select or clear this check box to enable or disable the auto refresh feature of the Home tab and specify the auto refresh time interval (in seconds). If this check box is selected, then the Home tab is automatically refreshed at the specified time interval. If this check box is cleared, then the auto refresh feature of the Home tab is disabled and you will not be able to edit the auto refresh time interval. By default, this check box is selected. The following are the standard values for the auto refresh interval:

• Default Value: 60 seconds
• Minimum Value: 30 seconds
• Maximum Value: 99 seconds

Auto refresh setting for Messages pane in the Management tab check box

Select or clear this check box to enable or disable the auto refresh feature of the Messages pane (in the Management tab), and specify the auto refresh time interval (in seconds). If this check box is selected, then the Messages pane is automatically refreshed at the specified time interval. If this check box is cleared, then the auto refresh feature of the Messages pane (in the Management tab) is disabled and you will not be able to edit the auto refresh time interval. By default, this check box is selected. The following are the standard values for the auto refresh interval:

• Default Value: 60 seconds
• Minimum Value: 30 seconds
• Maximum Value: 99 seconds

The Auto Refresh pane displays the following action items:

Load Default button

To load the default settings, click the Load Default button to display the Load Default dialog box, and then click the OK button.

Apply button

To confirm and apply the auto refresh settings, click the Apply button to display the Apply Settings dialog box, and then click the OK button.
