2.2 Custom API functions

In Ops I, you can customize action screens, such as Ticket Management, by editing the pre-registered YAML file “Initial YAML File”. Customizing the Ticket Management screen requires a custom API request to be executed in order to exchange information with OTOBO. This section describes the details of custom API functions.
For details on customizing the Ticket screen, see “Designing and Building Your Operation” > “Other operational design tips” > “Customizing the ticket window” in “JP1 Cloud Service/Operations Integration User’s Guide”.
The following describes the API specifications before customization. Note that custom specifications are not reflected.
