4.8.1 Using the other functions
For setting up a system using the other functions, first, decide the system configuration by determining the required logical server according to the functions to be used. To determine the functionality you want to use, see the following functionality guides:
-
The uCosminexus Application Server Web Container Functionality Guide
-
The uCosminexus Application Server EJB Container Functionality Guide
-
The uCosminexus Application Server Common Container Functionality Guide
-
The uCosminexus Application Server Expansion Guide
-
The uCosminexus Application Server Security Management Guide
-
The uCosminexus Application Server Operation, Monitoring, and Linkage Guide
-
The uCosminexus Application Server Maintenance and Migration Guide
Then, set the respective logical server environments according to the functionality to be used, and set up the system. Also, change the environment settings of the logical server as and when required, because the default settings include the valid and invalid functionality.
The following table describes the tasks to be executed when setting up a system using the other functions, and the necessity of these tasks for each setup tool used.
