Failed to retrieve malware infection information. MDM setting name = MDM-setting-name, error code = error-code, MDM server host name = MDM-server-host-name, MDM server port number = MDM-server-port-number, proxy server IP address = proxy-server-IP-address, proxy server port number = proxy-server-port-number, proxy server user ID = proxy-server-user-ID
[Cause] Possible causes are as follows:
(1) Connection to Microsoft Intune failed.
(2) Connection to the proxy server failed.
(3) Microsoft Intune's server certificate is invalid.
[Action] Cancels retrieval of malware infection information.
[Workaround] Review the following setting information set on the MDM linkage setting screen, or the certificate file:
- MDM server host name
- MDM server port number
- Proxy server settings
If the issue is not found above, please run the keytool command to check if the server certificate has been imported. If it has not been imported, run the keytool command to import the server certificate.
In addition, if no issues are found above, review the configuration items of MDM server information and the access permission setting of the API of the app registered with Microsoft Entra ID.
