Logon failed. Proxy server hostname or IP address=IP-address, Proxy server port number=proxy-server-port-number, Proxy server user ID=proxy-server-user-ID
[Cause] The following factors are possible:
(1) Connection to the authentication server failed.
(2) Connection to the proxy server failed.
(3) The server certificate of the authentication server is invalid.
(4) The authentication server settings are incorrect.
[Action] Cancel logon.
[Workaround]
(1) Check the network status.
(2) Review the contents of the IDaaS integration configuration file.
(3) Review the authentication server settings.
If the issue is not found above, please run the keytool command to check if the server certificate has been imported. If it has not been imported, run the keytool command to import the server certificate.
