16.14.2 Setting an assigned item for user names
If user names are managed in JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Manager's system information and hardware information, custom field information, or common field information, you can register that information in the asset management database.
Because the user name is registered as User name of hardware assets acquired from the ITDM2 management information, you can save the time for registering the user for each asset.
This subsection describes the registered information that depends on the assigned item when information collected from JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Manager's common field information is registered as the user name in asset information. The procedure for setting an assigned item for user names is also explained.
