Examine the cause of the error according to the messages on the manager and on the agent, take corrective action, and then pre-check the definitions again.

The communication encryption function might be disabled on the manager and enabled on the agent. Make sure that the communication encryption function is set correctly, and then restart the JP1/Base service and JP1/AJS3 service.

If the destination port mapping function is enabled, a port number is output for maintenance-information. Make sure that the destination port is correctly specified. If an error occurs before the function obtains the destination port, 0 is output as the port number for maintenance-information.
