Assumes the pre-checking of definitions for the agent to be an error, and continues processing for other check agent services.

Make sure that the check agent service has started normally on the agent where the error occurred, and then pre-check the definitions again.

If the destination port mapping function is enabled, a port number is output for maintenance-information. Make sure that the destination port is correctly specified. If an error occurs before the function obtains the destination port, 0 is output as the port number for maintenance-information.
