16.2.6 Job Execution Details dialog box

The Job Execution Details dialog box can display the number of jobs in the Now queuing and Now running status for a 10-minute period (10 per-minute values). The displayed value is the same as CONTENTJOB_NUM, which is an item that is output to performance reports. For details on the items output to performance reports, see ajsreport in 3. Commands Used for Normal Operations in the manual JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Command Reference. You can use this information to identify periods when a lot of jobs are Now queuing or Now running status. This dialog box displays information about the last 10-minute period after information acquisition started on the manager host.

The following figure shows the Job Execution Details dialog box.

If it is likely that the number of jobs in the Now queuing and Now running status will reach the upper limit specified by the MaximumContentJob environment setting parameter in a specific time period, review the jobs that are executed in and around that period. For details about the MaximumContentJob environment setting parameter, see 20.5.2(12) MaximumContentJob in the JP1/Automatic Job Management System 3 Configuration Guide.

If necessary, review operation of jobs by using JP1/AJS3 - View or the job portal. For details about the operation procedure in JP1/AJS3 - View, see 9. Controlling the Execution of a Jobnet and Jobs. For details about the operation procedure in job portal, see 15. Job Portal of the Web GUI.
