2.4.1 Configuring the Dashboard tab
The following is an example of the Dashboard tab.

(1) Dashboard Display area
The Dashboard Display area displays the window according to the contents of the menu selected in the Side menu.

The following are the display items:
Side menu button

Display the side menu. The side menu displays a list of Home and favorites.
- List of dashboards added to favorites
-
The names of the dashboards you have added to your favorites are displayed in a list. When you click the dashboard name, the corresponding dashboard window is displayed in the Dashboard Display area. When you click
Home to display, the dashboard window corresponding to the selected node is displayed.
- Display target date and time
-
The start and end date and time of the data to be displayed are displayed.
If you want to change the display target range, click to display the Display range setting dialog box.
When you click the pull-down menu of Specification method, you can select Display until the current date and time, Before and after the current date and time, Before or after the specified date and time, Specify end time, Specify start time, and Start time and end time.
If you specified Before and after the current date and time as the specification method, specify Past range and Future range. You can specify the value of the range by clicking the value (1h,3h,12h,1d, or 1w) on the right or by typing. For direct entry, specify an integer value greater than or equal to 1 and a unit (m,h,d, or w).
The display period can also be set directly as follows:

to select the interval at which the data displayed in the dashboard is refreshed from the pull-down menu. The default is 10 minutes.

- Panel Display area

Multiple panels that you have created are displayed.
Miscellaneous Dashboard operations

Click
on the dashboard to display the dashboard operation menu.

Open in another window: Displays the dashboard in a separate window.

Full screen display: Displays the dashboard in full screen.

Copy dashboard URL: Copy the dashboard URL.

Add to favorites, Remove from favorites: Add or unsubscribe favorites.

Edit: Switch to the Setting Dashboard window.

Duplicate dashboard: Duplicate the dashboard and switch to the Setting Dashboard window.

Output CSV: Converts the data in all panels of the dashboard you are viewing into CSV files for each panel, and then archives and downloads them as a zip file.

(a) Panel operation
Describes the operation of the panels displayed in the dashboard that is being monitored.
Various panel operations

Maximize: Maximize the appropriate panel. The maximized panel returns to its original size by clicking on the upper right demaximize.

Comparison: Displays a new dashboard with only the panel you are currently viewing and two panels with different ranges. It is used when you want to refer to a comparison with the past time zone, such as a trend graph.
When you click the Comparison, the Display range setting dialog box is displayed.
You can specify the panel in the same way as the dashboard display range setting.

Edit: Switch to the panel edit window.

Create dashboard: Switch to the dashboard creation window.

Approximate straight line (y-axis): Choose to show or hide Approximate straight line on the y-axis. If Approximate straight line is set to be displayed,
is displayed when
, is hidden.

Approximate straight line (y2-axis): Choose to show or hide Approximate straight line of y2 axis. If Approximate straight line is set to be displayed,
is displayed when
, is hidden. This menu appears only if the panel type is Trend and the y-axis is enabled.

Output CSV: Converts the data in the displayed panel to a CSV file and downloads it.

(b) Dashboard List dialog box
Select View - Dashboard List from the integrated operation viewer menu to display the Dashboard List dialog box.
If the dashboard get/list collection/deletion function for administrators is enabled, you can list and delete dashboard definitions for all JP1 users if the JP1 resource group is "*" and you are logged in as a JP1 user with JP1_Console_Admin privileges. For details, see 3.2.4 Dashboard Import / Export Function and Expanded Delete Function in the JP1/Integrated Management 3 - Manager Overview and System Design Guide.
Following shows the example of displaying the Dashboard List dialog box:

Click to display a sidebar with a list of your favorite dashboards. When you select a dashboard in the list, the selected dashboard
is displayed.

Click this button to display the Setting Dashboard window. You can add dashboards.
- Full-text search

You can search for the full text, such as the title of the dashboard.

Click to delete the selected dashboard.
Select/Deselect check box

Select the check box in the header to select all dashboards. Click again to clear the full selection.
If you want to select only specific dashboards, select the individual check boxes.

Click
to update the dashboard list.
- ID

Displays the ID of the dashboard that was automatically numbered by the system.
- Title

The title of the dashboard. Click to switch to the monitoring window of the selected dashboard.
- Favorite

. For dashboards that have already been added to favorites, click

- Visibility

From the pull-down menu, select the visibility of the dashboard.

Private: Visible only to the owner.#

Public: Visible to users other than the JP1 user who created it.

Displays the JP1 username that owns the dashboard.
- Updated date and time

Displays the date and time when the dashboard title was last modified.
- Node name

The node name associated with the dashboard is displayed.
