3.2.3 Dashboard Monitoring Flow

This section explains the flow of monitoring with the dashboard.

Explanations are given according to the numbers in the figure. (The circled numbers in the figure correspond to the numbers shown below.)

  1. Check the panel whose status has changed in the [Dashboard] window. Selecting the appropriate node on the appropriate panel launches a screen that displays the tree.

  2. In the [Operation Status] area, check the corresponding part that has changed to the selected state.

  3. Drill down the tree in the [Operation Status] area to check the detailed occurring node and change it to the selected state.

  4. On the [Dashboard] tab, check the detailed system status from the alert information and trend data of the applicable node.

  5. Check the event details of the corresponding node in the [Event List] area.

  6. If you need to check the status of the related node from the system status or message content, check the related node on the [related node] taband change it to the selected state. From this point on, steps 2 to 6 will be repeated to identify the status of the system and investigate problems.
