7.3.3 Order of matching

Matching is performed for each response action group. If more than one execution condition exists in response action grouping, the matching process is performed from the top in the order in which the definitions are listed. If the condition is met, no further execution conditions are matched.

In one parameter group, only one execution condition matches.
