1.3.1 Visualizing IT Health

JP1/IM-Manager visualizes the occurrence and performance of critical events in IT system for each service/system. It enables you to grasp the current status of your system and to instantly determine which business or service is impacted in the event of a critical failure. In addition to the most up-to-date status, you can also visualize historical trends. This helps you to understand whether IT systems/services were able to operate as planned, and to help improve operations.

In the [Dashboard] window, you can view the various resource status and performance of IT system in several charts. By comparing the graphs of related systems side by side and comparing historical graphs side by side, you can maintain the health of the system before a failure occurs or use it to investigate the cause of the failure.
