1.6.18 Preferences dialog box (Data transformation settings)
The steps to display Preferences dialog box for data transformation related settings, are as follows:

From Eclipse menu, select [Window] - [Settings].
Preferences dialog box is displayed.

From the left side of the dialog, select [HCSC-Definer] and - [Data transformation].
The setting items of data transformation definition screen are displayed on the right side of the dialog.
The mapping tab and custom function tab displayed on the right side of the dialog are described as follows:

(a) Mapping tab
The following figure shows the mapping tab of data transformation in the Preferences dialog box:

The items displayed are as follows:
- [Line color]

- [Assign]

When you click the button on the right side of [Assign], [Color settings] dialog is displayed.
- [Loop]

When you click the button on right side of [Loop], [Color settings] dialog is displayed.
- [Condition]

When you click the button on the right side of [Condition], [Color settings] dialog is displayed.
- [Mapping definition folder]

- [Folder]

Specify the folder to be displayed first when you save mapping definition and register mapping definition.
- [Reference] button

Displays the folder selection screen.
- [Restore Defaults] button

Reverts data transformation to default settings. The default settings of data transformation are as follows:

Mapping line color: Grey

Mapping definition folder: Blank

Transformation function definition file: Blank

- [Apply] button

Enables the specified contents. This button does not close the dialog.
- [Apply and Close] button

Enables the specified contents and closes the dialog.
- [Cancel] button

Closes the dialog without enabling the specified contents.
(b) Custom function tab
The following figure shows the custom function tab of data transformation in the Preferences dialog box:

The items displayed are as follows:
- [Transformation function definition file]

- [File]

Specify the transformation function definition file to be used in the definition of a custom function.
- [Reference] button

Displays the file selection screen.
- [Remove] button

Deletes the transformation function definition file that you specified in [File], from [File].
- [Restore Defaults] button

Reverts data transformation to default settings. The default settings for data transformation are as follows:

Mapping line color: Grey

Mapping definition folder: Blank

(2) Operations that can be performed in this dialog
You can perform the following operations in the Preferences dialog box:

In Mapping tab

You can change the color of mapping line. For details see "1.13.5 Changing the Mapping Line Color".

You can specify the directory to be referenced first from [Register Mapping Definitions] dialog and [Save Mapping Definitions] dialog. For details about [Register Mapping Definitions] dialog, see "1.6.13 Register Mapping Definitions dialog".

In Custom function tab
You can register the transformation function definition file that is required when custom functions are defined. For details about how to define custom functions, see "6.5 Processing value or node in which function is used" in "Service Platform Basic Development Guide".
