3.2 Commands used for operating batch servers

This section describes the commands used for operating batch servers.

The following table lists the commands used for operating batch servers:

Obtains a JavaVM thread dump when a failure occurs in a batch server.

cjenvsetup#1

Set up Component Container Administrator

Changes the attributes of installation files so that users other than those who have root permission can operate them.

This command is for UNIX.

cjenvupdate#1

Convert work directory and user definition files

Converts the work directory and user definition files that were used in the old environment of Cosminexus Component Container to a format that operates in the new environment.

cjgetsysinfo#1

Get OS status

Obtains OS status information.

cjrarupdate#1

Update resource adapter version

Updates the version of resource adapter imported or deployed on Cosminexus Component Container.

cjsetup

Set up or delete batch server environment

Sets up an environment for a batch server and creates default user definitions.

cjsleep#1

Set batch server startup delay

Delays execution for a specified number of seconds only. Use this command in a batch file to set a server startup delay.

This command is for Windows.

cjstartsv

Start batch server

Starts a batch server.

cjstopsv#1

Stop batch server

Stops a batch server.

Update: The command is an update command, which updates the batch server contents or retrieves configuration information.

--: Does not apply.

When the -f option is specified, the command belongs to none of the command groups.

You must execute the setup commands (cjenvsetup, cjenvupdate, cjrarupdate, and cjsetup) one at a time; do not execute two setup commands concurrently.
