4.1.18 Starting the Management Server
Start the command prompt on the host (host for allocating the J2EE server) where the Management Server is set up, execute the mngsvrctl command, and start the Management Server. For Windows, you can start the Management Server from the service as well.
The following is an example of command execution:
mngsvrctl start -sync
