3.13.5 Changing the hostname of the Communication Server
When you change the hostname of the Communication Server, change it by the following
steps.
Procedure

Stop the following services on a machine you installed the Communication Server by performing a stop operation on the Windows Services dialog.

JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager Web Server

JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager(Communication Server Service)

Change the hostname in the httpsd.conf file if you specified the hostname.

Open the httpsd.conf file by an editor.
The httpsd.conf file exists in the following folder.
installation-directory of JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Smart Device Manager (Communication Server)\cms\uC\httpsd\conf

Replace the hostname to new hostname.
The relevant locations are as follows.

"ServerName localhost"

"<VirtualHost localhost:26055>"

Changing the hostname of the operating system.

Restart the operating system.

Besides, when you change the hostname of the Smart Device Manager, reissue a SSL server certificate and deploy it on the Smart Device Manager.
