Normally, no user needs to take action. A retry is attempted automatically. If the number of retry attempts reaches the preset maximum, downloading will be retried by unicast.
Note, however, that if this symptom frequently occurs early after deployment of the product, the network environment might have a problem. In this case, review the network environment settings.
