A file delivered by unicast could not be downloaded.
ffffffff: Maintenance information
hhhhhhhh: Host name or IP address of the higher-level system (unicast source).
When connecting via Internet Gateway, use local hostname.

Normally, no user needs to take action. For the management relay server, a retry is automatically performed five times at 5-second intervals. For the relay system and agents, a retry is automatically performed according to the information specified by selecting Communication settings and then Settings to Perform Retries when an Error Occurs in the Agent Configuration window.
Note, however, that if this symptom frequently occurs early after deployment of the product, the network environment might have a problem. In this case, review the network environment settings.
