3.1 Format of the basic log (USER_CLT.LOG file)

The following figure shows the format of the USER_CLT.LOG file, to which basic log messages are output.

In the USER_CLT.LOG file, the number of the line on which the newest message is recorded is output to the first line. Messages are output to the second and following lines. You can track the operations of Agent from the date, time, message ID, or message text of each message. On the second and following lines, fixed items are output at fixed positions (columns). The following shows the location of each item:

Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP

Line number: Columns 0 to 3

Date: Columns 6 to 15

Time (hour:minute:second:millisecond): Columns 17 to 28

Thread ID: Columns 30 to 41

Function type: Columns 43 to 50

Processing: Columns 52 to 67

Message ID: Columns 69 to 78

Message text: Columns 80 to 189

Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, or Windows Vista
