[Cause] Due to a failure, the (JP1_ITDM2_Relay Manager) service has stopped abnormally.

[Action] Stops the (JP1_ITDM2_Relay Manager Service) service.

[Workaround] If the (JP1_ITDM2_Relay Manager) service is stopped after the management server starts, start the (JP1_ITDM2_Relay Manager) service again. If the problem persists, use troubleshooting information collection command to collect troubleshooting information and contact the support service.
