An error occurred during the attempt to access the database of the MDM-setting-name server.

[Cause] Possible causes are as follows:

(1) The instance of JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager to be linked is not running.

(2) The host whose host name is specified in the sdm_import.properties definition file cannot be accessed from the management server.

[Action] Continues processing without loading software information.

[Workaround]

(1) Start the instance of JP1/ITDM2 - Smart Device Manager to be linked.

(2) Check the host name that is specified in the sdm_import.properties definition file.

If the problem persists, collect troubleshooting information by using the appropriate command, and then contact customer support.
