Failed to execute the command. Authentication failed on the management server. Cause or workaround number = cause-or-workaround-number

[Cause] The possible causes are as follows:

(3) You do not have the necessary permission to execute the command.

(10) The following reasons are possible:

- The user ID or password is incorrect. (The user ID and password are case-sensitive.)

- The user account is locked.

(11) The trial license has expired.

(12) The product license has expired, or an error occurred in the database.

(13) JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 is starting up.

[Action] Cancel command execution.

[Workaround]

(3) Confirm whether the specified user has the account that grants the necessary permission to the user.

After performing these checks, re-execute the command.

(10) Set the correct user ID and password. Contact the administrator to find out whether your account has been locked.

(11) If you want to continue using the product, purchase a product edition license.

(12) If the product license has expired, purchase a product license. If the product license has not expired, execute the command to obtain troubleshooting information from the management server, and then contact the support service.

(13) Wait for a while and then re-execute the command. If this message is repeatedly displayed, confirm whether the server on which JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 is installed is up and running, and whether a network failure has not occurred.
