17.1.2 Starting and terminating the Automatic Installation Tool

To start the Automatic Installation Tool, from the Start menu, select JP1_IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent, Administrator Tool, and then Automatic Installation Tool. The following JP1/ITDM2 Automatic Installation Tool window appears.

To terminate the Automatic Installation Tool, from the File menu, choose Exit.

Note that to perform recording in JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent, you must open the JP1/ITDM2 Automatic Installation Tool window with the necessary permissions to execute the program. This restriction applies to JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent for any of the following OSs: Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 R2.

Furthermore, these versions of JP1/IT Desktop Management 2 - Agent allow you to open multiple instances of the JP1/ITDM2 Automatic Installation Tool window at the same time. However, when recording or debugging, use a single window.
