14.18 catAndValidatePackagingFile.exe (combining split files)

This section describes the catAndValidatePackagingFile command, which combines files that are split.

Function

This command combines files split by the dcmpack command into one file. If a folder is split, it checks if all the files in the folder exist.

Format

catAndValidatePackagingFile.exe /d name-of-the-folder-where-split-files-are-stored

Check the value set in the argument.

No split files exist, or no read access permissions are assigned.

Check that the file for the package created by the dcmpack command exists in the folder where split files are stored.

If the file does not exist, re-execute the remote installation job for the applicable package.

An error occurred when the combined file was output.

Check the existence of the folder where split files are stored, the access permissions, and the free space of the folder.

An error occurred when the combined file was verified.

Re-execute the remote installation job.

The command execution was interrupted due to another error.

Collect maintenance data, and then contact the system administrator.
