Select the desired print item from the drop-down list. Selectable print items differ according to the window type.

    Print information

In this section, select the check boxes to the left of the desired print information. The check boxes of information that is always printed according to the specified print item are automatically selected. The text to the right of these check boxes is gray.

    Select print range

In this section, select the desired print range from the following two options:

    All

This option displays a printed image of all information in the window.

    Selection

This option displays a printed image of a preselected range of information in the window. This option becomes available after you have preselected a range of information in the window.

    Printer button

Clicking this button displays the Printer Setup dialog box, where you can specify the printer, paper size and other items.

Depending on the printer you use, specifying a print magnification rate might not enlarge or reduce the image. In such a case, change the font size accordingly before printing.

    Font button

Clicking this button displays the Font dialog box where you can specify the font to be used for printing. The following font type and size are recommended:

    - Font type: MS Gothic

    - Font size: 8 point

  2. Set all items, and then click the OK button.

The Windows Print dialog box appears.

  3. Click the OK button in the Windows Print dialog box.

    Printing starts.

Note that, if you select Print Setup or Print Preview from the File menu, the Print Setup dialog box also appears.

Note:

When printing by specifying a page range from the remote install manager, if the specified page is outside the actual page range, only the title is printed. Select All or enter the correct page range to print.
