1.3.2 Types of jobs that can be created

The following table lists the types of jobs you can create:

2	Transfer package to relay computer job	Transfers a package to a relay system or management relay server.
3	Batch delete packages on relay computer job	Deletes all packages from a relay system or management relay server.
4	Collect files from agent job	Collects files from managed computers and stores them on the managing server.
5	Remote-collect files from agent to relay computer job	Collects files from managed computers and places them on the relay system or management relay server directly under the managing server.
6	Acquire collected files from relay computer job	Transfers collected files from a relay system or management relay server to the managing server.
7	Delete collected files from relay computer job	Deletes all collected files from a relay system or management relay server.
8	Send package, allow client users to choose job	Grants a user permission to install a software package on his or her computer. Users who have this permission can install the software from Package Setup Manager.
9	Get system information from computer (UNIX) job	Collects system information from a computer running UNIX or Mac.
10	Get software information from computer (UNIX) job	Collects information about software installed on a computer running UNIX or Mac.
11	Get system configuration information job	Collects information about the system configuration under a relay system or management relay server. This job can collect the following information: Information about relay systems and computers under the management relay server specified as the destination, and about the management relay server directly under the specified management relay server Information about computers under the relay system specified as the target of the job
12	Hold report job	Instructs a relay system or management relay server to temporarily stop reporting job results.
13	Cancel holding of report job	Instructs a relay system or management relay server to resume reporting job results.
14	Suspend file transfer job	Instructs a relay system or management relay server to suspend file transfer to and from the system directly under it.
15	Resume file transfer job	Instructs a relay system or management relay server to resume file transfer to and from the system directly under it.

The only jobs that can be executed for agents for Mac are the Install package job, the Get system information from computer (UNIX) job and the Get software information from computer (UNIX) job.

The Send package, allow client users to choose job cannot be executed on Citrix XenApp and Microsoft RDS servers.
