Organization of report directories
The organization of PFM - Agent for Platform's report directories is described below. < > indicates a directory name.

The individual directories are explained below.

Monthly Trend directory
This directory stores a historical report that shows information that is summarized on a daily basis for the last month. It is used for analyzing system trends for the month.

Status Reporting directory
This directory stores reports that show information that is summarized on a daily or weekly basis. It is used for checking the system's overall status. In addition to displaying historical reports, it can also be used to display real-time reports.

Daily Trend directory
This directory stores a historical report that shows information that is summarized on an hourly basis over the last 24 hours. It is used for checking the daily system status.

Real-Time directory
This directory stores the real-time report for checking the system status.

Troubleshooting directory
This directory stores reports that show information that is useful for troubleshooting. It is used for investigating a problem cause when a problem occurs in the system.

Real-Time directory
This directory stores the real-time report for checking the current system status.

Recent Past directory
This directory stores the historical report that shows information that is summarized on a minute-by-minute basis for the last hour.

Additionally, the directories described below are located below the directories previously described. Which of the following directories is provided depends on the higher-order directory:

Advanced directory
This directory stores reports that use records that are set to Log = No by default. To display the reports in this directory, you must use PFM - Web Console to specify the setting for the record being used to Log = Yes.

Drilldown Only directory
This directory stores reports that are displayed as drilldown reports (field level). It is used for displaying detailed information related to the fields of the report.
